When you focus on the things and ideas that make you feel good you attract more good feeling things into your life.

How can you focus on good feeling things when there are bad feeling things in your experience too? It’s like a glass that is half full or half empty. You just have to keep adding more into the glass until it is full. You can’t get rid of the empty half you have to add more to the full half until it is all full. That’s how you eliminate the lack of things in your life. You can’t remove the lack, you have to add to the plenty.

This is how you eliminate the things you perceive as negative in your life. You change how you think about them or you think about more positive things. Sometimes it is a difficult to go from a really negative thought to a really positive thought. You have to ease your way into the new vibration. Think things that are just a little bit better until you are at a really great feeling thought. Another way is to just think about something totally unrelated that feels good.

In this way you regain access to your personal power. You are the only one who can feel what you are feeling. Others may have empathy for what you are feeling but they can’t feel for you. This is your life and this is where your power lies. You get to decide how you feel in any moment. Now is the only time you have. The past is over and the future has not come yet but your now does influence the future. Yet at any time you can change your future. Just start now. Decide now that you will take responsibility for everything that happens in your life. And I mean everything. While you may not have been consciously aware of what you were doing in the past, that was your now and it affected your future. If you want to have a better outcome in your future nows you must realize that you and only you can do it.

You do it by focusing now on the things you want to attract into your life. You let the things that don’t please you now go. You feel your way to better feeling thoughts. When you do this now then you are lining up all the good you want to start showing up in your experience. You are in charge of your thoughts not the other way around. Pick the thoughts that feel good when you think them and the matching manifestations will begin to appear. You will be attracting them to you and you will be the powerful creator you intended to be.

The Easiest Way To Visualize

Our true selves vibrate at the level of love and joy. When we experience things and focus on things in a way that causes us to vibrate at a frequency other than the higher frequencies of love and joy, we ask for something that will realign us with our true selves. If we allow it, we can align with our desires and our true selves and feel good again.

All wishes are our own desire to feel good. When we have a desire our source answers us with an emphatic “yes” every time. Our wishes are always granted. We sometimes do not manifest our wishes and desires because we may not be in alignment with those desires and are not a match to the vibration of our wishes. In order to manifest our desires and wishes we just have to come into alignment with them and match their vibration.

The vibration of lack is the polar opposite of the vibration of abundance. So you cannot attract the manifestation of your desire when your vibration or thoughts match the lack of your desire. When your thoughts are a match to the vibration of the fulfillment of your wish then your thought becomes a belief that your wish is granted. When we believe that we can have our desires, they are realized in our physical world.

The law of attraction brings things of like vibration together. It gives us more of what we are thinking about and vibrating like and only things that we are focusing on and match our vibration can come into our experience. In other words, thoughts become things.

If we want a new car, a new car is given but if we are focused on the car that we are currently driving and no longer want, the wanted car does not materialize into our experience. In order for the new car that we desire to materialize we have to focus on what we want and believe that it is ours in the present tense.

The universe always answers us in response to our wishes or desires as soon as we desire them. Ask and it is given. We just have to match the vibration and follow the path to our desire to manifest it. The Universe supplies this path through the guidance of our feelings.

When we feel good we are on the path. When we feel bad we are resisting the path and stay stuck where we are or move along the path in another direction that we may not want. Just focus on what you want long enough and it will come to be.

If you want to shorten the time that you have to focus until manifestation you have to believe that it will come to pass and allow it. Just go about your everyday life enjoying the things that come your way and you will notice things that point you in the direction of achieving that desire or anything you want. Your focus to your desire will match you up with these things and help you notice them more.

If your health is something you are focused on in a negative way then that is what you will manifest more of in your experience. If you wish to improve you current health then focus on all the ways that you are currently feeling healthy and things you feel good about. If your head hurts, focus on something else like how smooth your skin feels or something totally unrelated to your body like how soft and fuzzy your cat feels as you pet it or how creamy and sweet your café latte tastes or how beautiful a sunset can be. Just feel how good you can feel about anything in your life and more good feelings will come your way.

Every desire is expressed by you from your experience to contrast and your personal life experience. Your wish or desire becomes a reality that really does exist the moment you wish it. It is a thought and has a vibration. In order for you to attract it into your physical reality you must be a match to that vibration. You become a match to your desire by matching the good feelings of the manifestation of that wish.

For every wish is granted and every desire you have can come into fruition if you just allow it by removing your focus from the lack of it in your life to the present tense existence of it in your life and the feelings that the manifestation of that desire will bring the moment it becomes a physical reality.

Even if we do try to keep from negative thinking and are positive most of the time, there is still more we can get out of life if we spend more time focusing on the good and joy we want and already have.

One of the best ways to manifest abundance and joy is to focus on feeling good. It is nearly impossible to experience both a negative and a positive emotion at the same time.

You can transition from one feeling to another fairly quickly but it is not possible to feel despair and hope at the same exact moment. Even though an outside condition can be seen as negative, we still have the ability to control how we look at it from our inner perspective.

Your feelings are completely within your control. For example if someone calls you a nasty name, you can feel hurt or angry. On the other hand, you can feel concern or pity or even humor when that same nasty word is used toward you. It all depends on what meaning you give to the situation and how you want to feel about it.

You can choose to try to see things in a new way and how you feel about any situation. Just consider the source and what kind of communication skills that person must be lacking if they need to express themselves that way. Or maybe it’s you who has uttered such a phrase once or twice in traffic.

What exactly is feeling good and why is it so important? Feeling good is really what we are all wanting and trying to achieve whenever we do anything. But sometimes we do things we think will make us feel good that don’t. This is because outside things can never make us feel anything.

It is our focus that determines what we feel. When we focus on good feelings we feel good. The same is true for negative feelings. All the abundance in the world can’t make you feel good. But by feeling good we can have all the abundance we want.

So if you want to experience more ease in your life begin to focus on ease anyway you can. Remember a relaxing day, do something that relaxes you, just imagine what it might feel like to be more at ease.

As you spend more time focusing on the feeling of ease throughout your day you will find more and more ease showing up in your experience. You can do this with any feeling or emotion you want to have more of in your life.

Maybe you want more friendship and love in your life. You can feel your way to more connection and meaning in your life. Instead of thinking thoughts of being lonely or unloved find thoughts that feel loving now like being helpful to someone or petting an animal or remembering a great talk with a good friend.

You can just think about a special time connecting with someone or actually go and do something that shows your love for yourself and others. This is a great way to feel good anytime.

If you want more abundance in your life start focusing on how it feels to be abundant, think of the feeling of safety or pleasure you get from having the things you want and need. Look at the things you have in your life already and how they make your life easier or more comfortable. Focus on the luxury of a favorite item or freedom of having the money to experience an exciting adventure.

If you don’t have something abundant feeling in your immediate attention or recollection then make something up and create a fantasy about what having such a luxury or adventure would feel like. The more often you can find the feeling place of abundance the faster and more often you will see it happening in your life and then you’ll have even more thoughts to help you manifest even more abundance, love and joy.

I don’t know actually when I first discovered these principles but I think I’ve known about them for a long time. I just didn’t really know how to apply them to my life to consistently get the results I desired until now. When I was about nine or ten years old, I saw a movie about a girl who lived in a forest. It was kind of a Cinderella based story but instead of a pumpkin and a fairy godmother, she had these three magic nuts. Now I don’t really remember the rest of the story but she met her prince and some other nice stuff happened to her. But the reason I’m telling you about this movie is because it gave me an idea. One day I found some acorns and decided to pretend that they were magic acorns. I remember I popped the top off one acorn and threw it over my shoulder and made a wish. My wish was not that grand as I was just a ten year old kid so I wished we could have pizza for dinner.

Now we had pizza occasionally at our house but it always seemed to be such a treat to me as a kid to get take out pizza. So as things happened that night my mother was wondering what to prepare for dinner. Since I made my wish earlier in the day I was looking for the opportunity for my wish to come true. I asked my mother if we could have pizza and she said sure. My wish came true. Now you might not think that it is incredibly noteworthy that we had pizza that night but the point is I had learned to focus my thoughts on a goal and asked for what I wanted and made that goal a reality. I made two other wishes that day. I think my other wishes were something like a certain toy from the store and something else. I don’t remember what, but I do remember that each wish came true that same day because I asked for and got what I wanted and it was effortless. I didn’t have to whine or nag or throw a fit to get my way. I just knew what I wanted, asked and then received.

That’s how it works when manifesting abundance. You get clear about what you want and why. You ask and then you go about your business and it will appear.

P.S. As I was writing this article I did a search for that Cinderella movie and I found it. It is a Czech and German language movie and it looks like it has beautiful cinematography. I found that they sell a dvd of it on Amazon so I think I will go purchase it and relive some old memories. The universe must be trying to tell me something because as I was also looking for this movie Three Nuts for Cinderella or Three Wishes for Cinderella as it is also called, my 18 month old hands me the pizza pan and says “ZZ” “ZZ” apparently he wants me to cook him some pizza. Did I just manifest that? Well, I think I’ll go cook some pizza and grant his wish and mine too. This manifesting abundance is easier than I thought.

In order to continue manifesting abundance in your life you have to be aware of the thoughts you think and the words you speak. When you have thoughts running through your mind, those thoughts eventually come out your mouth. It is very important that the words you speak are ones that serve you and your goals. Be sure to avoid saying things like “I can’t do that” or “I’m no good at that”. Even if you aren’t as good as you want to be and may have trouble doing something, you need to speak words that get you closer to what you want. You can say instead something like “I can do that with a little more practice” or “I’m getting better at that everyday”.

You don’t have to constantly be thinking pollyannaish thoughts, but it is more helpful to manifesting abundance if you monitor your thoughts and try to redirect your thinking if you are having negative thoughts.

You can usually tell you are having negative thoughts when you notice you are feeling bad. If you are frustrated or irritated or afraid you can pretty much guess that you are having negative thoughts and asking yourself negative questions. For example you might be asking yourself things like “how could this happen to me” or “why did that person do that to me” or “what if it doesn’t work out for me”.

You can stop yourself and look for the good in any given situation and ask yourself better questions like “how can I feel relaxed about this and let it go” or “how can I understand this person better and forgive them” or “how can I be confident and take action”.

To use positive affirmations you need to make a list of the things you want. Next write down a statement for each thing you want and write it in a way that is a positive statement and in the present. For example, you could write down “I am at the perfect weight for my body to be healthy and productive” or “I have a loving and supportive partner” or “I make enough money to easily pay for all the things I want and need”.

Go through your list at least once a day and speak your positive statements out loud. Just thinking positive thoughts is helpful but manifesting abundance really starts to happen quickly when you speak your affirmations often. You can use the same affirmations for as long as you want or until you see that certain result in your life. You may find you want to change your affirmations or add new ones. Keep your affirmations in a private place and only share them with someone else if they are supportive of the things you want to manifest.

The more you speak your affirmations the faster you will be manifesting abundance into your life.
