Manifesting Abundance by Feeling Good

Are you experiencing all the good you want in your life? While being happy is our birthright, sometimes we tend to focus on the negative in our lives and ignore all the blessings we have been given and by doing so we don’t enjoy life as we could.

Even if we do try to keep from negative thinking and are positive most of the time, there is still more we can get out of life if we spend more time focusing on the good and joy we want and already have.

One of the best ways to manifest abundance and joy is to focus on feeling good. It is nearly impossible to experience both a negative and a positive emotion at the same time.

You can transition from one feeling to another fairly quickly but it is not possible to feel despair and hope at the same exact moment. Even though an outside condition can be seen as negative, we still have the ability to control how we look at it from our inner perspective.

Your feelings are completely within your control. For example if someone calls you a nasty name, you can feel hurt or angry. On the other hand, you can feel concern or pity or even humor when that same nasty word is used toward you. It all depends on what meaning you give to the situation and how you want to feel about it.

You can choose to try to see things in a new way and how you feel about any situation. Just consider the source and what kind of communication skills that person must be lacking if they need to express themselves that way. Or maybe it’s you who has uttered such a phrase once or twice in traffic.

What exactly is feeling good and why is it so important? Feeling good is really what we are all wanting and trying to achieve whenever we do anything. But sometimes we do things we think will make us feel good that don’t. This is because outside things can never make us feel anything.

It is our focus that determines what we feel. When we focus on good feelings we feel good. The same is true for negative feelings. All the abundance in the world can’t make you feel good. But by feeling good we can have all the abundance we want.

So if you want to experience more ease in your life begin to focus on ease anyway you can. Remember a relaxing day, do something that relaxes you, just imagine what it might feel like to be more at ease.

As you spend more time focusing on the feeling of ease throughout your day you will find more and more ease showing up in your experience. You can do this with any feeling or emotion you want to have more of in your life.

Maybe you want more friendship and love in your life. You can feel your way to more connection and meaning in your life. Instead of thinking thoughts of being lonely or unloved find thoughts that feel loving now like being helpful to someone or petting an animal or remembering a great talk with a good friend.

You can just think about a special time connecting with someone or actually go and do something that shows your love for yourself and others. This is a great way to feel good anytime.

If you want more abundance in your life start focusing on how it feels to be abundant, think of the feeling of safety or pleasure you get from having the things you want and need. Look at the things you have in your life already and how they make your life easier or more comfortable. Focus on the luxury of a favorite item or freedom of having the money to experience an exciting adventure.

If you don’t have something abundant feeling in your immediate attention or recollection then make something up and create a fantasy about what having such a luxury or adventure would feel like. The more often you can find the feeling place of abundance the faster and more often you will see it happening in your life and then you’ll have even more thoughts to help you manifest even more abundance, love and joy.
