The key to manifestation is feeling good

How much time do you spend feeling bad? Do you think that if you spent even one tenth of that time feeling good instead, your life might be significantly better? The law of attraction is really very simple but hard to comprehend at the same time. We think it really couldn’t be that simple or we’d have everything we want right now. But I’m here to tell you that it really is that simple.

You just have to be clear on what you want. By being clear I don’t just mean you know what you want in your head. You must know what you want and that it is your deepest desire and for the good of all concerned that you manifest that desire. Then you just focus on that desire and how it would really feel to have it and stop focusing on the opposite. Then comes the fun part. You let it go. You let go of any concern or doubt or hesitation about your desires coming to pass. This means you also let go of the how and when it will happen as well. An easy way to do this is to truly believe that what you desire is already here. Because in fact, it is. It’s like being pregnant. You may not know or see that there is a baby in the womb, but once conception has occurred, barring anything that would interrupt the natural process, a baby will be born. That is how it is with our desires. Once the thought has been created you can’t uncreate it. You can create opposing thoughts that will neutralize or delay the original thought but if allowed, it will come to fruition.

The best way to allow your desires to come to pass is to just feel good. By feeling good I mean make it a practice to always do your best to find something to feel good about. Now we all have bad feelings or things that we focus on that make us upset or worried or angry or any number of other negative emotions. These emotions tell us that we are out of alignment with our desires and that we are bringing the opposite of what we want to manifest. As soon as we notice that we are having negative emotions, we just need to turn our attention to anything else that will make us feel better. Even if it is just that we are no longer feeling bad is enough. If you can refocus your attention to a thought that is inspiring or happy or playful or grateful then you are back on track and can feel good again. Now you are again attracting what you desire to come into your life.

Remember feeling bad (i.e. guilty, angry, depressed, overwhelmed, etc.) just brings more things into our lives that make us feel that way. Feeling good (joyful, excited, relaxed, and appreciative) brings more of those kinds of things into our lives as well. It is not what happens to us that controls how we feel. It is how we think and what we focus on that produces emotions in us. Even in the worst situation you can look for and find something that can make you feel better or even good. Feeling good is the key to manifesting all good things in your life.
