The law of attraction brings to us those things that we put our focus and attention on through our thoughts and feelings.  When we have an experience either positive or negative, we send forth a thought or desire in response to our feelings or personal interpretation of that experience.</p>
<p>Our true selves vibrate at the level of love and joy.  When we experience things and focus on things in a way that causes us to vibrate at a frequency other than the higher frequencies of love and joy, we ask for something that will realign us with our true selves.   If we allow it, we can align with our desires and our true selves and feel good again.</p>
<p>All wishes are our own desire to feel good.  When we have a desire our source answers us with an emphatic “yes” every time.  Our wishes are always granted.  We sometimes do not manifest our wishes and desires because we may not be in alignment with those desires and are not a match to the vibration of our wishes.   In order to manifest our desires and wishes we just have to come into alignment with them and match their vibration.</p>
<p>The vibration of lack is the polar opposite of the vibration of abundance.  So you cannot attract the manifestation of your desire when your vibration or thoughts match the lack of your desire.  When your thoughts are a match to the vibration of the fulfillment of your wish then your thought becomes a belief that your wish is granted.  When we believe that we can have our desires, they are realized in our physical world.</p>
<p>The law of attraction brings things of like vibration together.  It gives us more of what we are thinking about and vibrating like and only things that we are focusing on and match our vibration can come into our experience.   In other words, thoughts become things.</p>
<p>If we want a new car, a new car is given but if we are focused on the car that we are currently driving and no longer want, the wanted car does not materialize into our experience.  In order for the new car that we desire to materialize we have to focus on what we want and believe that it is ours in the present tense.</p>
<p>The universe always answers us in response to our wishes or desires as soon as we desire them.  Ask and it is given.  We just have to match the vibration and follow the path to our desire to manifest it.  The Universe supplies this path through the guidance of our feelings.</p>
<p>When we feel good we are on the path.  When we feel bad we are resisting the path and stay stuck where we are or move along the path in another direction that we may not want.  Just focus on what you want long enough and it will come to be.</p>
<p>If you want to shorten the time that you have to focus until manifestation you have to believe that it will come to pass and allow it.  Just go about your everyday life enjoying the things that come your way and you will notice things that point you in the direction of achieving that desire or anything you want.  Your focus to your desire will match you up with these things and help you notice them more.</p>
<p>If your health is something you are focused on in a negative way then that is what you will manifest more of in your experience.  If you wish to improve you current health then focus on all the ways that you are currently feeling healthy and things you feel good about.  If your head hurts, focus on something else like how smooth your skin feels or something totally unrelated to your body like how soft and fuzzy your cat feels as you pet it or how creamy and sweet your café latte tastes or how beautiful a sunset can be.   Just feel how good you can feel about anything in your life and more good feelings will come your way.</p>
<p>Every desire is expressed by you from your experience to contrast and your personal life experience.  Your wish or desire becomes a reality that really does exist the moment you wish it.  It is a thought and has a vibration.  In order for you to attract it into your physical reality you must be a match to that vibration.  You become a match to your desire by matching the good feelings of the manifestation of that wish.</p>
<p>For every wish is granted and every desire you have can come into fruition if you just allow it by removing your focus from the lack of it in your life to the present tense existence of it in your life and the feelings that the manifestation of that desire will bring the moment it becomes a physical reality.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignright" style="border: 1px solid black; margin: 5px;" title="Look for a silver lining" src="http://www.kas10900.com/wordpressblog/wp-content/uploads/look-for-a-silver-lining.jpg" alt="" width="229" height="154" />You may understand how the law of attraction works and how like attracts like but still want to know how to deal with negative people.  Not everyone you come in contact with may understand or believe that they are attracting things into their lives with their thoughts and feelings.  These people may be constant complainers or whiners or just plain old grumps.  You may be in situations where you are exposed to these types of people or you still may be struggling with being one yourself.</p>
<p>Here are four simple things you can do when dealing with negative people.</p>
<p>1.  Try to minimize your exposure to environments where you might find negative people.  Is there an area in the lunch room or a certain coworker’s desk where people tend to hang out and gossip or complain?  Go out to lunch with some more positive folks or use the photocopier at the other side of the office from Ms. or Mr. Busybody’s desk.  Are there long lines at the post office or bank where people frequently get annoyed?  Try doing your banking online or get your stamps at a less busy time.</p>
<p>2.  Take an inventory of your friends and acquaintances.  You may not be able to avoid a disgruntled coworker all of the time but you can pick your friends and decide who you want to spend your time with.  Do you hang out with anyone who always seems to have something bugging them, i.e., their spouse, their kids, their boss, their bad back, taxes, gas prices, global warming, etc.   Do your friends share the same problems with you over and over and don’t do anything about them.  While everyone may have areas of their lives where they would like to make improvements, people who take action and are committed to making changes instead of just talking about problems are more the type of people you want to spend your time with and be like.</p>
<p>3.  Maybe the negative person in your life is a family member and you don’t want to or can’t avoid them.  A good way to deal with any toxic relationship is to set boundaries.  You do this by saying yes to the things that are acceptable to you and no to the things that aren’t.  You don’t just tolerate and go along with doing things that leave you resenting the other person.  Remember you are not trying to control anyone else’s behavior.  If a relative is always borrowing money from you, you can choose to just say no.  If your mother wants you to call her every other day just to check in, you can say that is something that you just don’t feel is necessary.</p>
<p>4.  It may be frustrating to be in situations where you have to be around negative people.  When you find yourself in such a situation, try to look for the positive and what you can do to make the experience a more beneficial one for everyone.  Instead of focusing on what you don’t like about what is happening, focus on what you like about the person and what you can learn from them or how you can help them.  You most likely attracted this situation by focusing on the very behavior that you don’t like or didn’t want to happen.  If you can change your focus to the type of people and situations you want in your life you will attract more positive people and situations and will have a lot less dealing with negative people.</p>

<p>1. DON&#8217;T give away your power to people. Take responsibility for your life. If things aren&#8217;t going as hoped in your life, re examine your deepest beliefs. Swap limiting beliefs for empowering ones.</p>
<p>2. DO get a pet! According to Power vs Force, a purring cat vibrates at 500 (anything over 200 is Good..) &#8230;my pet dog Cass must vibrate at least 800 with her loving licks and devotion! (She is nicknamed &#8216;Licky&#8217; by my friends!)</p>
<p>3. DON&#8217;T watch movies that drag you down. According to Power vs Force, this is most films. Watch movies that will make you feel good. Listen to music that fills you with positive emotions. Read books that empower you. (Control the input to your brain, and you&#8217;ll control your output).</p>
<p>4. DO focus on what you want in your life, not what you don&#8217;t want &#8211; remember the law of attraction&#8230; You have the power to create the life of your dreams &#8211; even if the world around you seems messed up, don&#8217;t lose focus&#8230;</p>
<p>5. DO imagine that what you dream of is in your life now, and feel grateful for it now &#8230;and after that think of 10 more things to be grateful for.</p>
<p>6. DO have fun. Life is about being happy. Don&#8217;t wait until you have this, or that&#8230; Don&#8217;t put off happiness. Live now. Enjoy now.</p>
<p>7. DO seek to discover the truth about the meaning of your life. The answers are there if you look for them. Awareness and peace of mind are high vibrations.</p>
<p>8. DON&#8217;T watch the news on television. It is filled with negativity which lowers your vibrations. (Why is 95% of all news all the time focused on bad news?) If you want to keep abreast of current affairs search the internet for independent, unbiased news. Seek the truth. Trust your intuition. This will also help you give you a much more balanced view of reality. There&#8217;s lots of good news out there if you&#8217;re looking for it&#8230;</p>
<p>9. DO help other people. Join activist sites like www.Avaaz.org that collect petitions to help humanity. Forgiveness, compassion and understanding are good vibrations.</p>
