Here is a great video from Michael Cheney and his GetMomentumTV web series. He is not making any new additions to the series at this time but he has a wonderful archive of little gems of thoughtful insights on being more productive and getting momentum so you can get motivated and take action to manifest everything you want in life.

This episode is about visualizing. I particularly like the part where he mentions writing a note to yourself from the future. I’ve done this little technique and it really does help you get perspective on whatever you are going through at the time and helps you focus on what you want for the future.
